You know, it's the same with any other sport as well!. I hate losing in tennis and making stupid mistakes, and it's difficult not to lose control over your temper, but it helps to see the lost game as a opportunity to improve your game!. You should write down the moves of each game (if you don't know how, google something like "chess notation" and learn, it's not difficult) and afterwards study the game and you should be able to find where you have gone wrong!. I know it's worse to lose against your brother, but remind yourself that it's really not important!. There will always be something else in which you can beat him, but in the end, that's trivial!. Good luck, and lighten up! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't matter if your brother is younger than you!. He's getting to the age that he can think like an adult!. When I lost a chess game I'd just think I had a lot to learn!. Try not to be arrogant, but to be interested in the game and curious about how to improve your game!. What part of the game do you have problems with!? My biggest weakness was the endgame!. The more chess you play, the better you'll get, but then the more games you'll lose too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you think that's bad imagine losing all night to someone until morning!. That's what I did to someone!.

It's ok to get a little down over this!. If you want to get better you need to train at it!. You're not going to automatically win in everything just because you're older than someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not depressed from losing a game of chess, you're just a little sad or dissapointed!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
