Why does this make me so angry?!
Question: Why does this make me so angry!?
I'm a year ahead, and so my classes are all different from my friends!. Which they are cool with!. Thing is though whenever I join them from class, they talk about how they laughed and they have never laughed so much in their whole life etc etc!. This makes my blood boil!. I mean why is laughing such an important thing for them anyway, it's not important!. And then they were getting in trouble and the teacher told the principle that it was my friends making all the noise and then they went on about how they laughed!. And this just enraged me!. Why!? Why am I getting so angry over this!? I don't think I would have gotten as mad if I hadn't overheard the teachers and the principle!. How can I cope with this anger!?

It could be your friends are a little less mature than you are!.
All they seem to be thinking about is having a good time in class!. Maybe all this talk about laughing seem pretty silly to you!. You might want to find new friends that have different interests!. Good Luck in school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
