How can I restart my life?!
Question: How can I restart my life!?
I'm a 13 year old boy, living on a rough council estate in London!. I feel unhealthy, weak, obsessed, lonely and lost!. I can never be bothered to try anything new and I have no real friends!. Everything I do try, has to be perfect and if it isn't than I have to start all over again!. I wish my life was routined and organised, instead of messed up and going nowhere!. I need help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get out and find some friend who have a positive influence on you!. I know how you feel and I've been in the same situation you're in now!. It's just a short time in your life where you lack motivation, so go out and find it!. Everyone at some point in their life feels like they're going nowhere - but the people who are happiest are the ones who get up and do something about it!. I don't think so, maybe Im wrong Im 48 male frome Rome, when I was 13 I was happy, but times are different!. You have all the time and the power to do ANYTHING, belive me!.
Don panic, its a strange age, take it easy!. I should know u better to say that with sure, but is a common feeling in ur age to feel insicure!. Freud (and I) would say "Its a sex problem" lol
