What can I do to ensure I get a great nights sleep!? XxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I agree with the bath!. When I have trouble sleeping I take a very hot shower!. I make sure my sheets are clean and crisp!. I turn off all electronics, phones, TVs etc!. I have a ceiling fan, and a floor fan!. The floor fan oscillates "to and fro!." It is good "white noise!." I keep my room cool and have plenty of blankets/quilts (I like them heavy on me!.) Then I'll read a boring book and then I just "drift off into dreamland!." A luke warm glass of milk along with all the above helps me too!.

P!.S!. Not sure about the candles, I'm afraid I'll fall asleep with them burning!Www@Answer-Health@Com

by being physically exhausted!.!.

trust me this works!.

If you sit on your rrrrs all day long it is no suprise if you are not sleeping well!. You must be tired when you go to your bed, physical work like even walking 5 km can help!. Use some muscles and at the end of the day you will want to sleep!.

if you are tired because of issues going on in your head then get on and sort out your issues with whoever you need to sort them out with!. Avoiding people and the real issues will mean you lie down in your bed and worry about imaginary outcomes instead of doing anything positive about it!.

Apart from that, go and do some physical work!. The majority of people these days in th western world are lazy slobs who have everything in the house set up to minimise muscle use!.

Scrub some floors, some windows, mow some lawns, paint a bedroom!.!. anything, as long as it requires you to do some physical work!. You feel better also when you have achived something!.

Do some exercise before you go to bed, sit ups if you're in the house!.
Going for a walk is best because the fresh air's good for you!.
Or even try and go swimming, which will relax you and tire you out!.

Before you go to bed switch everything off that might distract you, don't watch tv straight before going to bed, and don't eat or drink straight before you go to bed!.
Give yourself time to wind down!.

A little while before you go to bed make a hot drink with no caffeine, like hot chocolate!. Hot milk with a little sugar will make you soooo sleepy =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Long soak in the bath with a book , a scented candle and a glass of wine!. No noise!. Then a large fluffy towel ready to wrap yourself in curl up on the sofa with a good film and another glass of wine then maybe in bed listen to some soft music!.
