My friend used to rollerblade in the rain on Ambien, then return to bed and wake up with dings and scratches!. Here's my ambien story:
I was in the mental hospital where people were trying to make me sleep!. They gave me 10mg Ambien; it didn't work so well!. That night I blacked out, waking with a vague memory of swallowing frogs and a clear stomach ache!. As it turned out, I had wandered into the kitchen in the middle of the night and eaten EVERY cracker in the two bins, with EVERY little tub of peanut butter!. And I had eaten someone else's lime jello from the fridge!.
Now they've changed the rules at that hospital because of me -- the kitchen is locked at night!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mother gave me an ambien one night, and I didn't even remember walking to my bedroom!. My dog woke my mother up because I was making strange sounds while I was sleeping!. My dog was barking and crying, and it didn't even wake me!. My mom said that it was scary, but I don't remember a thing!. I am a very light sleeper, and I wake up if someone walks in the room, yet my dog barking right beside me didn't wake me!. I will not take it again!. YES!!! My great friend took ambien and her husband said she could clean the kitchen, have intimacy with him and do a number of things yet have no memory of ever doing it!. She would hold conversations with walls, sit and stare, etc!.!.!.
She said she would remember things up to a point and then!.!.!.!.nothing!. Walking up the stairs then blackness!. She said it was like being a zombie with no memory later!.

I have to be sure to go to bed within a half hour of taking it!. I haven't had very weird things, but I go into a bit of a stupor and can't remember what I've seen on tv or the internet if I stay up later than that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I took it for a number of months years ago and would occasionally have strange hallucinations!. I eventually had to switch to another sleep medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It can cause sleep walking and people report even driving and not being fully awake!.
I find that half a pill - 5mg - is plenty!. I also think melatonin works about as well with less side effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What kind of weird things!? It's a sleeping pill!. It will make you drowsy!.and may impair your thinking or reactions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
