Ways to get over monday morning depression?!


Question: Ways to get over monday morning depression!?
Just about every Monday, from the minute I wake up, I feel terribly depressed!. I want to stay in bed and just sleep for the rest of the day on Monday mornings!. For the first 30 minutes I'm awake, I feel so depressed that I literally feel like crying!. I know it's kind of childish, but that's how I feel!.

I'm 13 going on 14, so usually it's the start of the school week that makes me feel this way!. I don't have any problems at school, except sometimes I get very stressed out or overwhelmed!. But that's normal!. I think it's kind of weird that I get this way, because usually I'm a very cheerful person!.

Anyways!. I'm sure LOTS of people feel this way on Monday mornings, maybe more or less depressed than me!. But any tips about how to work through it easier would be a HUGE help!. Thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this is going to sound silly, but the day Monday seems to scare and overwhelm you!. For the most part, I think it does that to a certain point to all of us!. Preten Monday is another day, and try not to focus on it being the first day back to school, etc!. If you continue to have this depression, you might want to either talk to your school guidance counselor or a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

think about goals that you have, not ones at the end of the year like grades and stuff but in the short future like at the end of the week!. I think about something that you have to look forward to, and this something that your thinking about can only happen if you get out of bed!.

ex!. seeing you boy/girl at school

Think about something you have to look forward to that day, if there's nothing then create something to look forward to, every Monday:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
