It can be easy to fall in to this trap!.!.!. not sure if this will help but it may, it certainly worked for me!.!.!.

Stop buying it!.

Put yourself into a position to not buy it!.!.!. do this for a week or two and you will be over the worst of it!. You need a hobby or distraction, that will help remedy the "lonely and miserable life" problem, too - don't turn to alcohol as that is really, truly addictive, you are merely psychologically addicted to this, don't replace it with a physical addiction!.!.!. it is a crutch, enables you to switch off far too easily and far too early!.!.!.

No joke, but I don't buy it any more, I only smoke other people's!.!.!. obviously I could be seen as a bit of a leech for it, but my friends that do have it and share it with me, know this and understand that me "having it" isnt a good thing for me and in turn for them either, but me having a toke from time to time is a good thing for both of us, ie: we have a laugh! I have even given some of them a few quid every now and then to get some in!.!.!. but me being in control of the supply just doesnt work!. I don't pester them to have some!.!.!. you just have to change your attitude to it!. I was an habitual smoker for over a dozen years and haven't actually owned any for a couple of years now and don't miss it at all!.!.!. I do have the odd day when I think a bit of dope might be nice, but it soon passes!.

Another bonus of this is that you will slowly get your intolerance to it back again!.!.!. two drag whiteys can be fun!.!.!. maybe try to view it as a detox initially, or as a saving plan for a new console or holiday or something!.!.!. see how long you can go without it or without buying any more!.!.!. you don't have to view it as an ON/OFF switch, tone it down until you have none left and then see how long you can go before you buy any more!.!.!. man, I used to smoke until I was virtually immune to it, it just wasnt worth the money anymore! Now, two drags and I'm a teenager again!.!.!. even if you don't wanna give up entirely, surely that is a target to aim for!

It's easy and constant access that causes the problem!.

Deej!.!.!. No worries at all!.!.!. I don't go in for all that positive thinking self-help stuff and analysis/therapy route is merely another a crutch - it won't help at 2am on a friday night!. You're a dopehead (same as me, join the club!) and from what I know about dopeheads (and I've known a lot of them!) is you have your own mind, know your own mind, are stubborn as hell and will chose your own path out of whatever situation you are in, with those parameters you have to come up with your own solution!.!.!. but again as you know full well as a dopehead, while something may seem impossible or unlikely to be doable, most things are doable, you just have to get your head on and get into it!. Sorry to categorise you this way, but you know what I mean!.

Dope is a habit, but it is a controllable habit and the thing about a dope habit is, it is purely habitual, thats all, much like biting your fingernails or scratching your nose when nervous, you just need something else to do - I juggle (see me avatar!) and it helps for when I'd usually have skinned up, you can do both and I often do, but difficult, the smoke gets in your eyes, makes it tricky!.!.!. good luck with it, take it in little baby steps, don't go cold turkey that is just preparing to fail and will only reinforce negativity about it and just isnt really necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably won't stop until something massive and brutal affects your life!. Then you might be able to turn it around!. Start drinking instead!. Thats how I keep my illegal drug use down!. Plus, drinking keeps you in the pub, where there are girls!. double whammy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good luck and be positiveWww@Answer-Health@Com

Marijuana is NOT physically addicting!. Only a weak mind would have this kind of issue!. Stop blaming the dope for your weakness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't worrryyyy bee happyyyyyyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am so sorry you are going through this!. There are a lot of people I am close in life to who got addicted to marijuana early in life and who have suffered because they have been unable to get over that hump and move forward in their lives!. It's affected their mindsets, their careers, their relationships, as it sounds like it has done to you also!. I am so sorry!. It is a paralyzing drug!.

But don't worry, you can get help!!! I would start looking around for a good therapist or treatment center!. If you go the therapist route, try one who specializes in drug addictions!. Just because it's "just pot" doesn't mean you don't have a full-fledged drug addiction!. You need to treat it as one in order to pull yourself out of it!.

People trivialize this drug so often!. The truth is it is very addictive for a lot of people!. My heart aches for the people I love and care about who have hurt so much of their lives by smoking weed every day!. I don't care if people flame me, I am talking from my own personal experience watching my loved ones just literally paralyzed by this substance!.

Anyway, start shopping for a treatment center or therapist who can help you get through this!. Professionals know a lot of tips and tricks that can help you get to where you want to be, and make the process more comfortable and easy for you!. This definitely sounds like something you need help with - so don't think twice about getting help with it!. Look online for local rehab centers or treatment programs, and see if you can find good reviews about a center, program or therapist in your area!.

Also, keep in mind with therapy or treatment, just keep looking until you find the one that works for you!. Sometimes you have to shop around for a good therapist that you really gel with and trust!. So if it doesn't feel like a good fit, don't give up on your journey, just look for the next stop!.

Start today!

God bless, I wish you all the best!. Just know that you CAN do it!.

p!.s!. Please, and I know it probably goes without saying, please do not listen to the person on here to said to just start drinking!. Trading one addiction for another is not the answer!. Trading one numbing addictive sedative for another is NOT the answer!. You are waking up!. What you are feeling trying to get out of this and move forward is good!. Don't put yourself back to sleep with another substance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
