What is my problem with food?!

Question: What is my problem with food!?
Am I just a greedy slob, with poor self control or do I have an illness!?

I wish I could just eat sensibly, the way I eat is self destructive and not at all what I want for myself!.

It's like I'm two people: I want to eat healty, but I see food and I just change, then regret it later!. I just really hate being like this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's totally a mental thing!. You need to assert your willpower, and just say no!! You need to just say no!. I've been there, and done that!. I've lost over 150 pounds, and trust me, it wasn't easy!. I had to change my way of thinking from the get go!. I wrote down what I was eating, and when, and went from there!. I know what you're saying about feeling like you're two people, it IS hard, doing what's right, when you want to do what isn't!.

Just trust yourself that you really can do the right thing, and eat the right food!. Don't forget to treat yourself to things every once in a while!. I LOVE Hagen Daz Butter Pecan ice cream!. I treat myself when I've been good about what I've been eating, and sometimes, even when I haven't!. It's all about control, and you are in control!. Whether you believe yourself or not, you are!. You control your mind, what goes in, what comes out, and what goes in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
