Anxiety!! I need help!?!


Question: Anxiety!! I need help!!?
Okay so for the passed three days I have been going to bed on time but I have been waking up really late in the day like 10 or 11 in the morning!. I normally wake up on my own without an alarm clock at about 6:45 in the morning!. I have not been doing any exhausting, just my normal routine!. but I have found that I still feel so tired and kinda gloomy like I dont want to do anything!. Could this be caused by anxiety!?!?

I think it maybe!.!.!.because in 1 week from today I will go home and stay in my parents guest bedroom because my mom is really sick!.!.!.I am 23 and have been living in the city for 4 years on my own!.!.!.now I am returning home to be with my mom and dad and to get a part time job!. I am a little scared of being away from my home and routine and mostly I will miss my fiance!.!.!.It makes me really sad to leave him, but my mom is sick and she may not make it until our wedding day in October!.!.!.Anyone know how to relieve this so I feel normal and not so tired!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think that you are depressed but you do sound like you have a lot on your plate at the moment what with your mum, the wedding and a change in routine!. Getting too much sleep can adversely affect your mood and make you feel more fatigued than if you were having less sleep!.

You sound worried and stressed out and if I were you I would try and stay focused on the positive things such as your fiance and getting some quality time with your mum!. If you can, get some regular exercise during the day which may help you sleep more fitfully as your oversleeping may be a result of you sleeping shallow during the night because of worry!. Keep to a regular bed time routine and time and maybe set an alarm clock to wake you if you need to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have a lot going on right now and you just need to try and relax!. To me it sounds like depression not anxiety!. I see a therapist and I used to get just like you do when I would have to change my routine!. I went to talk to somebody and it helped a lot!. The best thing I can tell you to do is to talk to someone like a friend or your fiance!. Trust me, it helps to get things out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds more like depression than anxiety!. With all thats going on in your life its certainly understandable!. Try some natural remedies like getting more sunshine, exercise, eat lots of fruit and veggies!. You have a lot on your plate!. It sounds more like depression than anxiety and given what you are going through is completely normal!. Speak to your doctor if you are concerned!. Not anxiety, actually sounds nothing like it!. Sounds as though you are depressed or pregnant!. And if it is depression your mom being so ill would be a good reason!. I would talk to your doc about maybe a med like Celexa or Lexapro!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are little bit confused and home seek too!.
At this this not abnormal!.
You can start Yoga,with payanam and meditation for maximum 10 to 15 minitue only once to start with!.However, take some guru!. Meditation is a skilled !.NOT knowledge based!.So you will have to learn from a guru!.Otherwise you may landed with opposite result!.
After starting, if you feel and think you can go for modern technological tools and softwares!.However these are outside india products and appears to expensive in indian standard!.
You can pray to your own god what solution you think and feel OK and best for you!.
