Question: New AD, eyes feel huge and pupils dilated!?
Hi!. This is my first day of Lexapro for depression!.
My pupils are huge! And I'm laughing for no reason!. Would these things go away after time!?
I was on Wellbutrin in the past and experienced somthing similar!.
I am at home (no worries there) but want to get back to normal fast!.

Some of those first days symptoms do lessen because your body and brain aclimatize to the medication over time!.
Please be wary if you start to feel much more depressed though!.
You could call a pharmacist and ask about these first few days effects!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
