Ritalin is the easy way out for a lot of people, where lifestyle changes might be a safer way to go!. Ok there may not be immediate changes, but it would still be safer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If natural remedies worked doctors would be using them!. Doctors want to help people and they are not giving ritiln and adderal just for the heck of it, they prescribe them because they are proven to work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It might be safer to try them first (omega 3) and to take out all colouring from diet to see if that helps, before zombifying a child with ritalin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
