How come I can cure my depression by eating the right food?!


Question: How come I can cure my depression by eating the right food!?
I know a lot of people are depressed on here but whenever I get depressed I can cure it!. I just go to the grocery store and get these foods and eat as much as I can!. Here's a list:

Raw Broccoli
Natural low fat beef
Canned Sardines in water
Avocados
Garlic
Bananas
Walnuts

I just eat as much as those foods as I possibly can and the depression goes away!.

Whenever I eat stuff like bread, milk, sugar, candy!. I get depressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends usually depression are chemicals released by our body that send depressive feelings to our brains!. you may feel tired if your lacking a good diet and that may make you feel depressed so in that case a better diet would work!. it depends where your depression comes from!. like when girls cry around the time of their period for !?!?!?!? reason ,that hormonal release sends depressive signal to the brainWww@Answer-Health@Com

maybe its because you know that your body is getting healthier!.!.!.and if your body is healthy then your mind is healthy and your depression is gone!. and when you eat junk, your body feels like junk and so do you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, in bananas the amino acid tryptophan has something to do with seratonin levels, which would explain it!. 8-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are some medical conditions that are mangaed with the right foods, these conditions mess with your emotions so thats properly what youve got!. see a doctor and get diagnosedWww@Answer-Health@Com

You could be right!. Eating the right food alleviates depression, but it may not cure serious depression!. Some need medication!.
