What are some tips to motivate me into doing things?!


Question: What are some tips to motivate me into doing things!?
I've never been a "go-getter" so I didn't realize how bad my life had gotten, until quite recently
I've lost all motivation to do anything, I go to my job (which I've l\slowly lost all ambition in) and go home watch TV and go to sleep!.

I don't exercise (I've gained quite the gut in the past 6 months), I don't date, I avoid going out with friends, I've given up my dream of taking night courses to finish my degree, I don't do anything!.

Don't misread this though, I'm not depressed, I'm perfectly happy doing nothing, but it's certainly not healthy or normalWww@Answer-Health@Com

you dont want to venture outside your elemet and feel comfy where you are!.!.!.kind of like me!.!.!.i have to push myself a lot !.!.and most time rather stay home and be with myself!.!.!.but seriously you need to look at trying to change one thing at a time !.!.so make a plan with a few goals and try to follow through!.!.just think hard and make that extra effort you may just surprise yourself!.!.there must be a reason why you have closed off from the world so you can try talking to a friend or writing it out !.you need a little push (kick up the bum) lol!.!.!.once you have come out and had some good times you will get more motivated to try a few more things!.!.dont overwhelm yourself too much with changing things!.!.one day at a time!.!.make a date!.!.and stick to it!.!.go for a walk!.!.!.ride a bike!.!.!.call a friend!.!.make the effort !.!.!.otherwise you may turn into the old lonely bachelor that everyone will want to avoid because your a boring old fart with nothing to offer!.!.!.go and help someone in need and this will make you feel important and needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are suffering from Clinical Depression!. Clinical Depression is a chemical condition!.!.!.it is not, as many people wrongly believe, a reference to feeling sad about something all the time!.
Get that checked out!.
Other than that, I can tell you from experience in natural bodybuilding and power lifting that motivation and reward go hand in hand!. Anything that requires serious motivation also requires a serious reward!. You have to figure out what that reward is!.!.!.for you!.
If your reward is unrealistic and unachievable, you will hit a wall of disappointment and lose your motivation!.
If your reward is realistic and achievable, you will find pleasure in little victories and possibly even maximize your motivation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah!.!.!.i think life in general is boring!. You have to make yourself happy!. If watching TV at night and going to bed truly makes you happy then do it!. Personally, I get tired of doing that every night so i try to do other things!. You have to power and you are the only one that can get up and move!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
