I don't know if all teen-agers are narcissists but the signs of anti-social personality disorder are: deceitfulness, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure, impulsivity or failure to plan ahead, irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults, reckless disregard for the safety of self or others, consistent irresponsibility as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations and lack of remorse, ad indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated or stolen from another!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
All the answers so far have taken your questions without context!. I am guessing that you are the parent of a teenager about whose modus operandi you are concerned!.
If you have any parental control left over this young person, then you can prevail on him or her to go and see the school counsellor!. I suggest this as the first attack because school counsellors have seen the whole range of behaviours of teenagers!.
If on the other hand your young person is really independent and won't take advice from you (typical) you can handle the behaviour you don't like in an adult fashion!.
This would mean, for example, ignoring unwanted behaviours!. There are tons of books on this stuff, so do some research!.
From personal experience of a husband and his father, both narcissistic personality disorders, you can't cure narcissism, the best you can do is avoid them!.

NO, and you can't, and they are conduct disorder kids and usually harm animals and that is what most serial killers are-they have no conscience or emotions accept for themselves!. That sums up about 6 years of college!
