Question: This woman next door is really gettting me down!?
she watches me when i go out and in and even said to my grandaugher tonight who was playing outside go away and kept watching her all the time, and even last week she said to her what are you doing knocking your front door, i am sick to death of her and its getting me down, she acts all nice to some faces as well, they have done evil things to us, thrown dog **** over our windows and cut our telephone wires, she was gone a year cos she fell out with her fella and it was quiet lovely and now she has come back, what do i do about it and what on earth is her problemWww@Answer-Health@Com

If she is vandalizing your property then set up a camera to catch her in the act!. They are not that expensive and you can get one that hooks to a vcr and hit record at night and when you are away or any time that you think she might cause problems!. You should have something to show if she does anything else or there is nothing that the police will do!. Throwing feces on your windows or through them is nasty and very serious!.
