Bipolar.....?!
Question: Bipolar!.!.!.!.!.!?
Does anyone else on here suffer with it!? I've lived with the condition since I was diagnosed at the age of 17 and I am 30 now!. I have my ups and downs but today I'm really paranoid!.!. Well, actually I wasn't paranoid up until an hour ago!. And I feel like I've hit a low!. I'm not sure why but it's just come over me!. Anyone else get like this out of the blue!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have it and strangely enough the signs have just started that I'm hitting the anger and depressive part - its just the joys of being bipolar! And I do sometimes get it out of the blue and that is when it is more difficult to deal with as you are going along nicely and, bang! Hope it passes soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, all the time!. Get stuck into a good book to take your mind of it - either that or start to plan a holiday in the sun for the summer - check out the internet, there are some great deals!.
I studied this disorder and so I know how frustrating it can be!. You need to take your mind off it!. Busy yourself or buy yourself a treat!. Good luck - I find the best kind of therapy for this is by filling your thoughts with something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!.!.!.now days, after a lot of therapy, i can usually feel the shifts coming on!. i can tell when i'm going back and forth between an up time and a down time most of the time, but even i get blindsided sometimes!. i think that is just part of living with this thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
make sure you take your meds right!. go back to the doctor (a female one is best)and demand more help!. Highs and lows are extremely bad but you need help!. maybe diazepamWww@Answer-Health@Com
