I need a little help............?!
Question: I need a little help!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I feel like I am becoming a little attached to my mom's boss!. He is an older man, maybe in his 40's!. I am 13!. I am not attracted to him!. But he is really nice and I always tell my mom to tell him I said hi!.!.!.!.!.pretty much everday!. I wrote him 2 notes before and he wrote me one back!. I kept it!. I don't know why but I feel like he is a fatherly figuire in a way!.!.!.!.!.!.!. But I always think about him!. Can you try to tell me why!? Please don't give me any answers saying im stupid or anything also!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's perfectly okay!. Really!. You haven't had someone around to bond with (an adult male) who will talk to you, and kinda be there for you in a sense; so he fits the bill!.
There's a saying: it takes a whole village to raise a child!. Well, in this case, perhaps just - or mainly - this guy!.
Ask yourself what is it you feel you get from him that you don't get anywhere else!? It may be the knowing that you are okay; it may be more; it may be that you feel wanted, listened to, respected!.!.!. it may be that he is someone you aspire to be like one day!.!.!. it may be all or none of these!.!.!. and more!. Which is fine!. You have a level head on your shoulders; I doubt you are in a 'crush on him' situation, and even IF you were, that's fine as well!.!. So long as you know your reasons!.!.!.
Perhaps even say to him "Thanks for being around for me; I really appreciate that you listen/talk with me (or whatever), as my dad isn't in the picture very much!." Not all older guys are pervs, etc some of them do have some genuine interest in helping out younger ppl, having gone through similar stuff themselves!.
I am also thinking about a single mom and her son around your age or a bit younger, who, when they moved into a new neighbourhood, threw a "getting to know you" party, and invited the whole street along!. During the meal, she got up and thanked everyone for coming along, and that her main reason for the party was her son!. His father wasn't around, could any of the men perhaps help out with her son when he wants to do 'guy things' like build stuff in the garage, etc!. And of course, she had lots of offers!. Needless to say, her son spent a lot of time in various garages and homes in the street!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you talk a lot about your mom, but not word of you dad!? i'm assuming that your dad isn't part of your life!.!.!. this is probably why you feel so close to this man!. also, the fact that he wrote you a note back shows that he cares about you, which is very nice!. this is normal!. don't worry!. its good to have a person to look up to!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not stupid at all!. I had a crush on my mums next door neighbors husband once, and i eventually came to realize that it's all about coming into your sexuality, which is what you're probably going through right now!. All your hormones are whizzing about the place not knowing what to do, you're hitting puberty, probably already been thought it!. It's a natural normal thing to find yourself becoming attached to people!. Just be careful you don't take it too far though i!.e writing him love notes, and making him freak out!.!.!. but i don't think you will, you sound sensible to me!. You're okay girl!.
