The way to banish self doubt can be found with one swoop!. A Plan!.!.!. that is a goal!.
Get a goal!.!.!.!.
Set it to come true in about say ten years from now and make it big!.!.!. the bigger the better!. The sky is the limit and that goes on forever right!.!.!.right!.!.!. right!.
Make your goal a dream come true and make it something so wonderful and fantastic that if somebody just came up to you now and gave it to you you wouldn't believe it!.

It comes true!. It always comes true!.

At first it'll be little things that could be coincidence as you may well say but in no time stuff starts to happen that can't be confused!.
You'll meet powerful and influential people, you'll gain access to resources you never would have dreamed possible and the list goes on and on, and on!.

Everything will fall into place and you'll have no time for self doubt and besides you're organized right!.!.!. make sense to me!. I wish everybody knew that!.

let me start out by telling you that you are not alone!. deep inside everyone is self conscious about something, even if it is super little!. to help yourself feel better think of all those good things you are good at, it might be "weird" but some people want that characteristic! whenever you feel down think of all the good things that have happened to you and thank every single superior force out there that you are not a cripple or a bum begging for money by some creepy alley!Www@Answer-Health@Com

reprogram and reformat the way you think
probably easiest way is to get a Anthony Robbins book!.available in most libraries and bookstores!.
he teaches NLP principles which change the way you think!.
thinking positive isn't enough!. people are always saying to do it but it isn't enough because the mind has negative imprinted images that have to be dealt with and replaced with positive images!.imagination is stronger than willpower!. and once you know how to use imagination then you're life can change radically and quickly!.
i suffered for yrs!. from phobias and anxiety and despair and once i found NLP they just disappeared in an extremely short time!.the sad part was this information has been around for yrs!. and if i had only found it sooner i could have changed then instead of wasting all those yrs!.but better late than never

You might be depressed!. There are so many causes of depression and only you can know what's going on inside!. But with the limited amount of info in your question I can offer you this!.!.!. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, BECOME YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, TRUST YOURSELF!. It easy to dispense this info, but it can go a long way in anyone!. Don't take the world so seriously and don't take yourself so seriously, it's just not worth the effort!.
If you feel really down, to a point where you can't do anything but stay home, you need help, and getting helps is okay, there's nothing wrong with it, in fact it's the smart thing to do and making this decision may even give you more confidence!. Helping yourself allows you to feel like you love yourself enough to do something!.
