Question: Why dont i recognize my reflection!?
im 15 and i dont think i remember ever really recognizing myself in the mirror!. i dont feel any emotions, i feel like i have to fake them in front of people!. i feel like just an observer in a game!. whats wrong with me!. i feel so "different" compared to everyone else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This sounds like classic Depersonalization!. It's a type of Dissociative Disorder, not a type of depression!. It's a defense mechanism that can occur when someone has been through a trauma or some kind of extreme event!.
