Question: Where can I download a good checklist to bring with me to my psychiatrist for my first visit!?
I think I have borderline personality disorder!. I am showing all the symptoms (I could be bipolar too though)!. I want to give the doctor the MOST info I can on our first meeting so he doesn't miss anything!. Is there anywhere I can download such a checklist!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't bother with a checklist!. He knows the questions he wants answered!. He has experience with what different symptoms might point to!.
You can make a list of the symptoms that bother you that you might think fall under the abnormal heading!.
Just try to get plenty of sleep and not be stressed that day so you can share your concerns fully with the shrink!.
