Help sleeping!?!


Question: Help sleeping!!?
help! im up till ike 11 or 11:30 every night doing homework! then i get hungry and eat sometimes so now my eating pattern is all screwed up, so when i do get to bed on time i wake up in the middle of the night starving and i will just lie in bed awake!!! does anyone know any tricks to get a good nights rest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO DRUGS! its not the nautrual way for your body! your body started to change its internal clock to fit the way you were / are doing things now! just take your time to set an alarm at nine!.!. then stop what you are doing and drink some chamomile tea, relax in your room, and think of nice things or read a book!. try this for a while and your bady will fix its clock!

dont even bring your homeowrk into your room, and if there is a desk in ther take it out! working energy is the wrong energy to have in a place where you need to be sleeping!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please, whatever you do, don't take any advice telling you to take anything to help you sleep!. This is one of the worst problems with American culture!. Everything has a pill to pop for a cure!.!.!.!.

Do this instead!.!.!.!. 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep, just drink some nice, natural, herbal tea/warm milk while listening to some soothing music!. Your body will begin to readjust it's own internal clock!. And before you know it, you'll be back on your own natural sleep pattern!. Don't get upset or anxious about your waking up in the middle of the night!. This will only make you more anxious and hence, stay awake more!!!

dont start your homework so late!. maybe you need to cut back on other activities that are causing you to have to do your homework at this time!?
also try and do it without the use of medicine, because sometimes that stuff can become addicting and when you dont want to take it anymore it will be even harder to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do the same thing! I usually take tylenol p!.m!. There are some all natural sleeping meds that you can get at the store as well!. It's important to try and keep the same sleep schedule but that's easier said than done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
