Hey!

Sorry to hear you're having a bad day - mine isn't going so hot either!.

It's totally NORMAL for your mind to not be as sharp as it was when you were taking notes or when you were writing the other day - sometimes we can write and everything comes together, and sometimes we just can't!.!.!.!.!.

You can:

(1) Ask for an extension on the paper!.

(2) Write a paper as best you can, and accepting it won't be as good as you had originally hoped!.

(3) Call someone in the class and ask them to explain the general concepts to you so you can write the paper (but don't copy their paper of course) - if you don't know anyone in the class, this isn't an option, but it's worth mentioning!.

You'll be okay - remember, writing is stressful, and it's hard to be creative under stress!.

But I'd go for #1 if you can - and #2 if you have to!.

Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am kindof confused you say you can't concentrate!? Can you concentrate sometimes!? I have ADHD, and I can't focus or concentrate anytime, without my medicine!!! With ADHD I never had days where I could focus and others that I couldn't!.!.!.!.!.!.I am a little bi-polar also, have highs and lows, and getting ready to take medicine for it!.!.!.!.but I don't think you would be able to think good one day and not another, maybe you should ask your doctor!? Or you could go on-line and take the bi-polar, or ADD tests, to see which one sounds more like you!.!.!.could be that you have ADD and Bi-Polar both, alot of people do like me!.!.!.!.!.!.or you could be depressed also!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
