Question: How do you quit a marrijuana habit!?
Answers:
Cut back a little at a time for 2-4 weeks!.

Then, set a quit date that no one else knows!. This is the date you will quit smoking all together and it is secret only you know!. Make sure that quitting is really what you want to do!. Sometimes if you can't visualize yourself dope free then you do not really want it that bad!.

Don't tell anyone you are quitting!. Tell your fellow dopesmokers that you are just not smoking that joint/cone/bong right now and keep it up!.

Don't beat yourself up if you slip!. Remind yourself of how far you have come (how many hours/days/weeks has it been!?) and then start the process again (try and beat your record)!. No matter how many times you decide to quit and then slip you will always be able to tell yourself that you are trying!. There are no failures, only outcomes!.

Take up running, swimming or a sport!. While exercising and getting an endorphine rush, the competing memory of a dope high will be overrided!.

Sometimes after a big success you will feel like you should be rewarded for being so good!. This is when you might decide that smoking a little bit wont hurt!. This is when you need to reward yourself with something else!. Think about what is the best reward you could give yourself, in fact make a list of rewards and do this or these things whenever you feel like smoking!.

After quite a few years of heavy smokin weed, i decided to quit and i did just that!.
It wasnt hard at all, if you really wanna stop the habit!.
I gave up coz i was so bad i had to smoke first thing when i woke up, and nearly all day long i had to keep going, i was rarely straight!.!.

Addiction is: Continued use is spite of negative consequences!. And marijuana can be addictive just like anything else to some people!.
So, it takes some special effort to get off it!. I'd recommend Marijuana Addicts Anonymous (MA, like AA)!. Their free, in every city and based on a good treatment model that's been around for decades!. Look them up online for your city!. If you have money/insurance, you can always seek treatment from an addiction medicine specialist!. Some insurance plans cover this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

slowly cut down on how much u smoke each day!. then eventually, quit buying it and tell urself that u dont need it and u only have that small amount and u need to control it!. when u run out, u should b able to stop!. hope everything works out for u!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just stop!. It's mentally addicting, just like everything else!. Take yourself away from the people you get it from!. The people who smoke with you!. Everything!. Find something else you enjoy to take up your free time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
