Question: Im allways feeling suicidel!?
im 14 loads of bad stuff has happend school is crap for me my brover has just died and my perants have just split up and my dad hs to live at his mates and its just hard for me me and mum all ways argue and she dose not belive how i feel and i dont want to comit suicide but at the moment it feels like the only way out i dont want to talk to enyone in person or on the fpone plz help if u canWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry your not alone!. I'm going through some exact problems like you right now!. My parents are going to split up, school is seriously crap, were in so much debt, and I don't know what to do!. But dear, even if your mom doesn't understand you still love her and don't say you don't because you can't help but love her- it's a thing we got when we were in their arms!. It's such a hard time right now but if you try to commit suicide your mom will have to pay for the funeral and everything you know!? And losing a son in this hard time won't do anything for her either!.

We have lots of services in the UK for all your probs trouble for me if you are not in the UK I dont know wot services you have!.!.
CAB,child line Samaritans,page two in your telephone directory are lists of Health and Help lines, even go to a police station and ask to talk to a lady officer, If you cant talk to your school teachers why not the school secretary then !.!.Otherwise you could call Jeremy Kyle TV show he would get you Mother to smell the coffee as he says to get her help as well as yourself !.!.
Do any one of these things and you will start to feel you have taken control of your life and giggling again

I didn't have ALL of that happen at once, but i've been there and felt that way!. Considering everything that has happened, I would say its a little normal!. I work all day and can't have text messages except through gmail but you can email me anytime, I'm always checking my mail!. jenisilly80@yahoo!.com!. Even though it doesn't feel this way, this is temporary!. You'll grow up and grow out of the house and suddenly be out on your own and an adult!. Stronger for all of this too!.
My mother also put down my depressed feelings but it was because she felt depressed herself and tried to kill herself when I was 16!.
Keep your chin up, it does get better!. Life is like a wave, sometimes its up and sometimes its a dip, but its always going on!. Just breathe through each moment and try to find some way to keep yourself happy!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

the one certainty in life is that things change, how you feel now, will change!. Suicide is a very long term solution to what is essentially a very short term problem!.!.!.!. not too bright!. and if that sad is there continuously it is very possible that u r suicidal i know i am but for some reason im alive and i wish i had a gun pointed at my head right now and have everything disappear to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

please don't hurt yourself, try this instead!.Mediation technique

We experience life through our mind!.
Experiences are what they are, but the mind often puts a new spin on them, making them seem worse at times!.
This produces the pain we feel inside, and when it builds up enough we either hurt others or ourselves!.
Not because we are bad or evil, but we aren't sure how to deal with the agony inside!.
The longer it stays, the more dead/dull we feel inside!.

Meditation is all about controlling you mind rather than being controlled by it!.
It is difficult to directly approach the mind and tame it, so we start by approaching the nearest manifestation of it- breath!.
It can be seen that when we have tremendous concentration we are not breathing as regularly, and when upset breath shallow and rapid!.

How to do this!.
Begin by becoming aware of your breath!.
With each inhalation pay attention to the air entering you right nostril(air will enter both,but focus on the column of air in the right side)
Exhale and pay attention to the column leaving your left nostril!.
Inhale and pay attention to air entering the left nostril
Exhale and pay attention to air exiting the right nostril!.
Then breath deep and feel the air in both sides rise up to the tip of your nose(like an inverted V ),
and push it all out(feeling both sides)!.
This is one cycle, you can do up to 100 in a day!.

It is a simple game to keep the mind busy(if you loose track on count restart), and off the things it can't change with worry(realistically everything)!.
As you get better at this you'll be able to identify a space between your thoughts!. As that awareness deepens you'll feel a peace when it arises!. And soon you should be able to identify yourself as that peace rather than your mind!.
