How can I feel energized like a kid again?!


Question: How can I feel energized like a kid again!?
I've been feeling so tired ever since this year started!. Even when I get 10, 12 hours of sleep, I only last about half-way through the day before I want more sleep!. Caffeine doesn't work!. Neither does loud, fast music, or most things I've tried!.

I want to feel energetic!.!.!.hyper!. Like a kid again!. I'm only sixteen, I'm not even that old!. Why, why am I falling asleep in every single class!? Ugh!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exersize more, increase your metabolism!. A body in motion stays in motion, a body at rest stays at rest, Step away form the pc TOP CONTRIBUTOR and , get out and exersize a bit, it reall does help!. I am 38 and was tired allll l the time, started walkin gthen working out then running, and i can out work out run out last kids half my age!. HONESTLY GET UP, GET OUT, GET MOVING MORE!. YOU WILL FEEL BETTER, and eat right, NO mcDONALDS AND JUNK FOODS,!.
Chicken baked, fresh green salads, dark vegtables, rice, bread, milk, grains, real food you cook at home not junk prepackaged crap, and not fast food!. avoid soda's drink lots of water!. All these things contribute to a healthy body, sharp mind, and energy levels, like a kids!. You are a kid, and am pretty sure because you are a teen your diet is probably terrible for the most part, and if you sit at a pc answering questions alot , then you are not moving around enough!. Get out and LIve, WALK, RUN, Play softball, basketball, swim, hike , water ski snow ski, whatever floats your boat, but MOVE AROUND!. You will get your energy level back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may not be getting a sound sleep even though you are "asleep" for a lot of hours!. A lot of people have what is called interrupted sleep, they are awakened out of the deep REM sleep our bodies need, and brought into shallow sleep!. Shallow sleep does not make you feel rested!. The interruptions are often caused by snoring!. You may be snoring and not be aware of it!. You may be snoring just enough to make you awake enough to have shallow sleep!. You are sleeping way too long! You should get 7-9 hours not 10-12 hours, no wonder you are tired!. You over sleep which makes you even more tired!. Wake up early before school and take time to get ready so you aren't in a rush!. Take a shower in the morning, drink tea, or drink Monster( energy drinks)!. It is natural to feel more tired as a teen!. I go to bed at 10 P!.M and wake up at 5!.30 to get to school before 7!.30 when it starts!. Waking up earlier seems to help!. You may actually be getting too much sleep!. Start an exercise class or start power walking or jogging!. Exercise stimulates the endorphins in the brain and done continuously, will help boost your energy levels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well , you should sleep 8 hours not more!. You sleep too much and that is what might make you feel even more sleepy!. Also make fruit juice often and eat well and go to the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
