MY board results are supposed to be out in a few days and its the mose crucial thing in my life !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.my whole career depends on these marks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.n iam kinda freakin out!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.my head has feeling funny!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.iam dizzy n all!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.wat do i do!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.i cant calm myself!.!.i know my problem is nothing as compared to others' here but any help will be appreciated!.!.!.!.!.!.!.n plz plz dont say mean things n freak me out even moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

get urself engaged in some other activities like reading novels, or some sports etc!.!.!.!. keep ur mind busy!.!. atleast till the results come out!.!.!.!. and i think whenever i do good in my exams only then i worry about the results!.!.!. but when i dont do nicely and know that im going to flunk!.!.!. then i just dont care for the results!.!.!. so dont worry!.!.!.!. since u r caring so much!.!. that means u have done well!.!.!.!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's in the hands of fate and whatever fate has in store for you-
even should you fail miserably, which of course you won't since those people never worry about grades,
whatever the results will lead to your happiness!.

In the meantime, while you are repeating this mantra to yourself, the best thing to do is find someone who needs help right now, such as visiting at a hospital, nursing home!.!.!. even chatting with a mother at the park with kids!.
As soon as you focus on what someone else needs you will calm down and let it be!.

Look I know it's a big deal to you, but whatever happens life goes on! It won't be the end of the world if you don't get the grade you want - just another challenge to be taken on!.

when i get really stressed i usually talk to a friend!. If that doesn't work you need to do what ever it takes to get it out of your mind, if you constantly think out about it then it will never go away!. Try to take a relaxing bath, with candles and soothing music!. Or finally, you could read a book and forget about your problems!.
