I was on Kolonipin for Restless Legs Syndromes which is a side effect of another drug I was on "Effexor" !. My experience with these drugs are they are highly addictive and difficult to get off, but I did!. I am taking a more alternative approach to how the brain responds to the diet in western society!. Do not even think of going off these drugs cold turkey, it has to be done very slowly, under a doctor's supervision, and when are you ready!. It is also it very important to be patient with yourself!. What you are going through happens to many people!.

Kolonipin is addictive!. Eventually you'll become dependent on it!.!.!. even if it isn't doing a thing for your depression!. No drug you take is going to change whatever issues are causing you to feel depressed!. They just mask 'the feeling'!. If you have some idea about why you're depressed, you should try to change it!.!.!. if you can!. If the depression is cause by things you can't change, you might have to resolve yourself to the fact that you can't control everything, and learn to move on!. Eventually that's what you'll have to do, unless you intend to stay medicated for the rest of your life!. If you ever come off the meds, all those issues are still going to be there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to work with a psychiatrist/psychologist/therapist on helping you develop healthy thought processes!. Cognitive Behavior Therapy deals with how to effectively resolve hurts, relationship issues, self-image issues, etc!. to relieve stress which contributes to depression and anxiety!. Healthy diet and cardio exercise are also vital in maintaining a healthy brain, nervous system and glands!. Klonopin's addictivnerss depends on the dose being taken, how long it is taken, and the person's individual toleranace!. If you can resolve the stress/health issues causing the depression/anxiety, then you will be able to slowly taper off the medications under the doctor's direction!. The medications buy you time to fix the underlying problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
