Why do you think I remember dreams more vividly when sleeping in the day than on!

Question: Why do you think I remember dreams more vividly when sleeping in the day than ones at night!?
I took to noticing that while working night shifts and sleeping in the day, I am more likely to remember the dreams from sleep during the day, heck some of them I feel as if I am partly awake or could have some control over!. The ones from sleeping at night if I do dream at all are totally lost from my mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If you work at night, then your sleep cycle is messed up, especially if you don't do it EVERY NIGHT!. So, after a night awake, you are so tired that you dream heavily, and spend more time in REM during the day, and have vivid dreams that you remember!.

Just remember: when you're sleeping at different times of the day (day and night), that sometimes you will sleep more deeply and have vivid dreams (perhaps "lucid" dreams where you remember more), and other times you will sleep in a shallow way, producing little or no dream cycles!.

Sleeping in different cycles (day/and or;/night) will produce different results, it's not natural!. Although you may be thriving, sleep cycle is meant to be normal: Either all daytime or all nighttime!. So!.!.if you're not dying from lack of sleep, accept the dreams during the day!. At least you're getting deeper sleep at that time and dreaming more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My guess would be you never get into a deep REM sleep during the day!. I have the same thing I know that the day time naps athere dreams are the most vivid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u have control over your dream, it is called a lucid dream and that is were u know u are dreaming so u can do watever u want
