A question about Social Anxiety?!

Question: A question about Social Anxiety!?
I'am paranoid about my body language!. Its like i feel that my body language will look to people like i'am anxious or that my body language may be percieved wrongly or negatively in some way!. I'am also paranoid about my eye language and not only when i'am making eye contact!. This makes me constantly socially anxious when i'am outdoors and i think i have Avoidant Personality Disorder which stops me from wanting a job and socialising with friends and family!. Basically it stops me from doing anything that requires me to be outdoors around people unless i have to!.

can somebody please help meWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem and its horrible!. I feel for you!. One thing I'm trying to figure out is was there something that triggered this off in my life!.!.!.was i always like this!? I have done some research on the Internet and i will get help for this!. I think working on your self esteem helps too!. Some days i feel really good bout myself, its those days that i don't get this problem occurring as much!. So maybe these things can work for you too!.!.!. build yourself up and take baby steps!. Go out for say one hour and not a whole day when you feel comfortable with that amount of time, increase it while still working on why this problem occurs for you, getting out on a gradient may help!. Good luck and whatever happens don't give up, you will probably be the so confident one day and you'll be able to take on the world!. Oh and with work, start off slow!. I'm starting with just two days!.!.!.Anymore and i feel very overwhelmed and like you have explained above!. I feel for you so much so i think in conclusion, the key to this is to find out why, start of slow, and build your self esteem love for yourself and confidence!. Peace x:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude, I feel for you too!.
Hah!.
This is hilarious!.
You know what, you're just thinking about it too much!.
If people are thinking what they are, f it!. F it!. And you know why, because you're only making yourself sick and stressing yourself to please people who really only wish to see you as nobody!. Dude, there's a good reason why you may think you're superior and stuff!. Just block people, block them, and their reactions won't hit you at all!. Don't ignore!. I hate that word!. Block them!. You are putting too much thought into this!. Just be yourself!. 'Cause that is what it's all about!. Creating yourself, not finding out what is wrong with you!. If you think about it, there's something wrong with them and that is why they feel threatened!. As long as you're not hurting them, threatening them, disrespecting them, well then it's all good, right!? Aha!. Right!. You're probably a sexy man and that is why you feel as if all eyes are on you!. Nothing wrong with that!. Just go for it!. That's how I started and am still working on it!. Go out there!. Embarrass yourself!. It helps!. Trust me!. It shows people you are confident!. Make eye contact with them and play around with them if they are trying to put you down for sure!. This can be fun!. No one is going to hurt you!. Think about it this way, would you rather live in a dark, lonely world!? Hell no, right!? That's be creepy and suicidal!. Be glad people surround you, and if you can't stand people, just don't make eye contact with anyone and do your thing, work, jump on the treadmill, etc!. You're not alone!. A lot of people are like this!. Good luck, and you'll be fine!.
Take care!.
Good friend,
