Answers:
Take a class, read a book, or get a coach in the art of Meditation!. This will take your habitual tendency and channel it into preparation for living rather than escape from living your current experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what is it that you're daydreaming about!? maybe you feel like there's something missing in your life!. if you set some goals and work to make some of your dreams an actuality, then maybe you won't feel the need to 'escape' the real world so much!.

also, a creative outlet could help!. maybe you just have a lot of crazy ideas and need a place to get them out!. try journaling (or drawing or painting or singing or whatever sounds interesting to you)!. have a place for yourself to 'unload' your creative energy, and you'll probably find it easier to focus on the mundane when you need to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest you see a doctor or specialist and see what they say as we cant give you definate answer but your doctor would know the best solutions i day dream like you say even in things i love but i have deppression, BPD, PTSD

best of luck!

I do not feel this is a bad thing, perhaps your mind wonders as symptom of the depression, maybe this is your mind and body telling your that some sort of change needs to happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think devils and deeds' answer is good!. All "doctors" ever do is try to dope you up, in my experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
