Restless mind?????????????????????...!


Question: Restless mind!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Is there a mental illness where your mind is restless!? like every second of every day even when you try to sleep!. your thinking about everything in the world like, what to eat tomarrow, what is that guy thinking of me, why is my dog acting weird, will my sister call me today, when should i go to the mall, i need to do laundry, why do my feet hurt, when i was two years old why did my mom make me wear that outfit!?!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. you get the idea!. is this a mental illness!? if something is constntly running through your mind not just about present times but also about past childhood experiences and stuff and when you try to sleep you have to literally think of a plane white wall or something because its hard to sleep because your mind is racing!? i know this is weird but i read about it somewhere about someone having this but wanted to know if it was a mental illness!? thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not mental illness or at least i dont think so, because i've been like that my whole life!. i use my imagination all the time when at work, and people think i am crazy when they see me staring at the wall for an hour then suddenly laughing aloud on my own for no reason!. but then dont understand the reason i was laughing is because i remembered a funny scene from a tv show or something like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

this is not a mental illness, ur just worried about things that's all!. i have the same problem as u have!. u could try doing yoga and also fill ur days with activities that will make u too busy too think about anything and do light excercise during the day so u can sleep easily at nite!. u could also do some breating excercise and have a hot drink before u go to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think us women in general worry and think too much!. It could be ADD or ADHD!. I just concentrate on my breathing and clear my mind, as you breathe in think "breathe in" same with breathing out!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. as you start to think about something else interrupt you thoughts with the breathing until you fall asleep!. I used to have to do this all the time, it works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
