im just curious if so how are the methods!? this might sound crazy but, i want adhd, i know two people that have adhd and they are just fun people to be around i want to be just like them, i know the conseqenses of adhd but also you get that creativity burst!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jamez, the exact cause of ADHD is still unknown but generally scientists believe it is genetic in nature (meaning one is born with it)!. But there are people out there who believe it is caused by external factors such as premature birth, environmental pollution, bad parenting, watching too much television, etc!. If you are looking for creative bursts, personally I don't think creativity can be cultivated/nurtured!. I believe it is inborn, you either have it or you don't!. To use an analogy - there are tens of thousands of professional soccer players globally but only a tiny fraction of it are considered creative or gifted!. What happened to the rest!? Didn't they trained just as hard as anyone else!? To put it another way, if what you are holding is just an ordinary stone, no matter how it is polished it will never become a diamond!. In my opinion, this is kind of a crazy question!.!.!.I have had ADHD all of my life and while I am creative, I also find it very difficult to finish a conversation on one subject, much less any of the six or so craft projects I have going on right now! Maybe you just need to explore your creative side by taking an art class or walking around a craft store! I don't believe it is possible to get ADHD unless it's already in you!.!.!.Maybe you should try a lot of caffeine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
