Cure Nostalgia?!
Question: Cure Nostalgia!?
I oftentimes become saddened when I hear a certain song or see things that remind me of my past!. Is there something wrong with me!? I believe it is causing depression!. I get on "jags" every few months attempting to bring back everything that reminds me of the past!. Help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This has happened to me a lot of times!. Maybe it occurs in people who think about the past a lot!.!. or maybe to those who are sensitive!.
I remember one time when I was babysitting as a teenager, I saw this toy I used to play with at my old daycare!.!. and it played a tune and all of a sudden it brought me back and I couldn't help, but cry!.!. almost started sobbing!. Of course I didn't want the children to notice!. I couldn't figure out why it had made me feel the way I felt!. Whenever I walk in old neighbourhoods that I haven't visited since I've lived in them I start to get that feeling!.!. it's sort of surreal like I'm back to that time again!. It feels so sad yet so beautiful at the same time!. Certain pictures, songs!.!. even old movies!. It's a nice, familiar feeling and it's probably completely normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
