Question: Please help me with my depression!?
It's like I don't care about anything, I just want high school to finish, but what if what comes after is not better!? I can't talk to anyone about it because im really bad with opening up to people!. I really don't enjoy anything, I feel like I dont deserve to be loved so i push away the people who try to love me!. I cry like everyday!. spend all my time online and i never study!.Please help me!
Please dont suggest i see a doctor coz i cant my parents would be devastated if they found out im depressed!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It'd be easier if you start by thinking of today not tomoro!! So wt if you don't study now, when you feel better you will!! Atleast You spend all your time online!!Think of it as if you don't deserve to be loved, you don't deserve to love!. It'll be pretty hard!! You pushaway the ppl who try to love you, you know that they love you, so you deserve it!! You can always pretend you're seeing a doctor for something else!. Make up some excuse, say you have an ear infection or something!. Once you're in the doctor's office, everything you say to him/her is confidential and your parents don't have to find out about it!. And family doctors are normally quite willing to help with psychological issues, as are most medical doctors if you're unable to see a psychiatrist!. They are also very understanding when it comes to kids wanting treatment without telling their parents!.!.!. this is very common, especially with things like depression and birth control!.

Anyways, the only thing that every helped my depression was taking Wellbutrin, which basically changed my life!. If you can try out medication, it could seriously help, and would probably be worth whatever trouble it takes to get it in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I got news for you, your parents love you and if they wouldn;t get you the best treatment for your disease, yes IT IS A DIESEASE then they are bad parents!.!.!.would you hide cancer or diabetes from your parents!.!.!.would you not want to see a doctor if you thought you had Crohn's disease!.!.!.meantl illness is a disease and is treatable, I was your age when I first noticed symptoms of my disease, and have been treted ever since WITH the love, and support of my parents!.!.!.they are your parents they love you, I know at your age that is a difficult concept to grasp but it is true!.!.!.!.!.get some help, life being angry and depressed is no life to live!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

plus if you don't something liike suicide, that's just selfish!.!.cuz you're causing more problems andd you'e friends and family WILl miss you and be devastated!.

I know it's hard but the first step to getting better is by opening up to anyone!. There may even be an anonymous call centre in your community where you can speak privately to a counsellor!. A lot of people suffer from mental illness because there is a stigma attached to admitting it, but there is help out there!. You may need some counselling and or medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

surround yourself in bright/cheery colors!.
wear one of your favorite outfits!.
eat something citrus!.
watch a comdey movie!.
write your feelings down in highlighter!.

and i personally talk to myself, and give myself advice, and a pep talk!.

Is there a way you can at least talk to someone with some training without your parents having to know about it yet!? Any counselors you can talk to at school to at least figure out what would help you!? He/she can probably tell you what you need to do much better than I can, and can also help you out with talking to your parents if need be!.

Parents can take a lot, really!. I didn't tell them I was even on medication for at least a year!. !. !. which didn't happen for over a year after I knew things weren't right and had gone in to counseling people!. !. !. then sort of snuck it into a conversation eventually!. (These things are much easier to hide when in college -- but I also was fine until my early 20's, unlike you could be right now!.) But they didn't really care!. They were happy I was feeling better, and that's all!. They love you, and I'm sure they'd much rather have you seeing a doctor ASAP than risking that you'd do anything to hurt yourself if that's what you find out you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you do not tell your parents you will be devastated psychologically if not already!.The consequences of your depression will be greater if you do not tell your parents!.


Depression is caused by the lack of serotonin in your brain which is caused by the lack of omega 3 fatty acids in your brain!.A deficiency that most of the humans on this planet have!.

My advice is that you start the omega 3 diet!.I have researched omega 3 acids for 2 years and performed a very successful experiment on myself and few of my volunteer friends!.Few months of the omega 3 diet i cured my stress[and/or depression] problems permanently and significantly raised my intelligence,improved memory,sight,reflexes[and many other known and unknown benefits] and without any drugs or supplements in the form of pills!.

Take two table spoons of grinded flaxseed[rich with omega 3 and cheap]a day[with a glass of water] and in a few months you will start to notice significant improvement in your mental health[you will become more psychologically stable,among other things]!.Use a coffee grinder!.Whole seeds cannot be digested by the hydrochloric acid in our stomach only grinded seeds!.A fact and not a assumption!.You have nothing to loose only gain by it!.There are many articles on the internet about the omega 3!.2 years ago before i started the diet i did not feel so stable or happy how i feel today!.

Also!.Take 100 grams of grinded almonds a day and a kiwi!.One kiwi contains 117% of your daily need for vitamin C!.The most important nutrient that the almonds contain is riboflavin which is a very important part of your mental and physical balance!.100g of almonds contain 33% of your daily riboflavin need!.The most important nutrient in the kiwi is C vitamin that is also very important for your mental and physical balance!.C vitamin is necessary for the conversion of ALA omega 3 fatty acid that the flaxseeds contain to the more important DHA and EPA omega 3 fatty acids that are a very important part of your psychological stability and much more!.Make sure that before you start the diet that you prepare the food sources that contain the following nutrients:C vitamin,B3,B6,zink,magnesium!.The more you consume the higher the conversion!.
