Answers:
just support her!.!.!.encourage her in gaining back some weight!.!.you can tell her that she need not to eat full meals every meal but small frequent meals will do just as fine if she's most of the time too anxious to eat!.!.for the time being, i dont see a reason for you to report to the authorities!.!.!.itll be much better to consult a dietician instead so that you can ask her which food the girl in your email needs to eat!.!.you ask the kid her/ food preferences and the likes so it'll be easier to plan her meals!.!.!.ask the girl too if she was able to measure her weight loss weekly and take note that weight loss of 2 lbs a week is pretty normal!.!.!.but more than that is dangerous!.!.i guess the kid came to a very dangerous point in this drastic weight loss of hers!.!.i hope she's been given an IV (intravenous line) and been on TPN (total parenteral nutrition( since she wasn't eating and has been dehydrated!.lack fluid for a day alone will NOT do that to her UNLESS its too hot at their place!.that'd be a major risk factor!.!.!.

you see, the girl learned that the experience of being hospitalized wasn't fun and by that simple statement alone, there's a reinforcement on her part already to try and avoid the same situation again so she should be doing something on her own already to avoid the being in the same situation again!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you know which school she is in now you could contact the guidance counselor at that school and ask her to make some discreet inquiries or to just kind of watch out for her!.

Otherwise, I would just be there for her!. Communicate your concern and find out what areas of her life she's having problems with that make her feel compelled to not eat!. Good luck!. My prayers are with you both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just be her friend, shes gonna do what ever she wants to do no matter what advice you give her!. show her photos of these really skinny people you know the ones that you can see their bones and explain if she doesnt get help soon that will be her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should just talk to her, I'm sorry I don't have anything better to say but this girl definently needs help! And it seems she really trusts you, tell her she's making a bad decision to stop eating but be gentle about the subjectWww@Answer-Health@Com

you got to help this girl anyway you have to ,if you don`t she will end up in the hospital, so please do something,,,,,Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh no! That's really worrying!!
I'd talk to her parents about it - if she is endangering herself it doesn't breach confidentiality laws or anything!.
Good luck =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
