Can you give me a HUGE list of anything that I can do to temporarily keep away f!

Question: Can you give me a HUGE list of anything that I can do to temporarily keep away from depression!?
Most of what you list will probably not work for me, so I would be grateful if you can give me a long list so that I can find at least a few things that I can do!.

The conditions at my house limits a lot of what I can do!. The most prominent is lack of privacy, because my room is connected to my nosy mom's room who barges in and does whatever she wants, whenever she wants, and doesn't care about how I feel!. If I ever talk back to her, she gets angry and hysterical and grounds me!. So basically I can't do things that require privacy!.

Please help me out by suggesting the little things that I can do to help stay away from my sinking depression!.

Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Good answers above!. Jogging or other exercise daily is good!. Jogging is great because you can just leave the house and run!.
Also, omega 3 tablets are excellent for depression!. You can take them in fish oil or flaxseed oil!. Take it everyday!.
Have a long bath with the door locked - take a book!.
Read and pretend not to hear your mum when she barges in!.
Wear headphones and don't face the door so you won't see here barging through!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The past is not yet the past!. It is the force that has shaped the present and, if you are not careful, it will turn out to be the force that defines your future!. You keep referring to some experience which made a big impression on you long ago!. You are subtly allowing this to colour your judgement, prejudice your opinion and stunt your imagination!. You stand poised to achieve great things!. Before you can move forward successfully, though, you must first face (and beat) an old fear!.

good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do something active with a goal, whether it be go out for a jog or try to see how quickly you can re-arrange the furniture in your room!. Keep your body active - keep your mind active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put your favourite songs on an mp3 player and listen to them!. Music can be soothing!. But try to stay away from the "dark" stuff!. It can make your depression worse!.

If you have a dog or cat spend some time with them!. Play with them or even just pat them or cuddle them!. It really does help soothe!.

Go for a walk!. Or jog!. Or whatever exercise you can do!. It gets the endorphines going and helps pick you up a bit!.

Watch your favourite show!.

Basically just be nice to yourself and do things you enjoy!. Even though at the moment they may not be enjoyable anymore, stick with them!.

And good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a catchy thing, isn't it!?

Try to create, improvise, innovate new solutions, and develop patience until you can devise and provide a greater measure of space and privacy for yourself -- something that impresses your mom for which your goal is a sincere one!. For example, in addition to what is said above is, engage in an art or humanities project or some other sort of activity that you hold aspiring or believe you would love doing, any of which will help you to displace your depression!.

Whatever you try, just know that if it doesn't work, then try another, then another -- experiment -- till you find your niche passion!. Just don't do anything stupid [we all know in our own curious ways when we are doing something really foolish and stupid!]

Talk to someone to whom you know you can entrust your sentiments -- maybe a school counselor or a older woman friend or an artist -- artists are great -- but talk with someone whose works you share interests, and doing it helps by your association with it and really feels to you to be a fresh difference to anything you undergo weekly at home!. Just try it!.!.!.

Then run things past your mom, ideas that you want to do; see what she feels about it!. Talk!. Be persistent!. You must be persistent about wanting your privacy, without being destructive or violent!. Simply and safely do certain things and then show her your creations!. She may be impressed and back off and accord you greater liberties and space and privacy!.

Do not overlook one thing: if you are not yet 18 years of age, there may be little you might do that wouldn't be self-defeating at this time, for after all, we all need a place to live!. Second, your mom like many other people have certain traditions and habits derived from culture or any number of things!. Sometimes things as simple as fear or repressed anger causes many to be the way they are, which is no direct fault of yours!.

But no matter what you believe you want to do, do not step out alone if you are not yet the adult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had this same problem, when I was younger, What I ended up doing was awesome!. I was really really rich right, and I had all this money and bought all these like weapons, and then I learned Ninjitsu and began a life fighting crime!.!.!.!.!.

oh fvck me wait a second!.!.!. nope!.!.!. that was Batman, God dammit!. Sorry about that!.!.!.

ummmmmm !.!.!. I guess I just got high alot!.!.!.and thought I was Batman!.!. which I would not suggest unless you really know Ninjitsu!.!.!. cuz some of those criminals out there can really throw a good punch!.!.!. trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
