I'm depressed, I want to hurt myself, but how can I do it without my mom fin!


Question: I'm depressed, I want to hurt myself, but how can I do it without my mom finding out!?
The last time I scratched myself with thorns I managed to get away with it by lying that it was my bird's claws when I held him on my hands!. I don't think I can do that again !. !. !.

A few years ago I punched into a box filled with fragments of glass, and the robbery-combat members of the neighbour came rushing on their motorbikes thinking someone had broken into a house through a window!. I don't want that to happen again!.

I also tried whipping my legs but makes huge sounds across the house and I'm scared somebody will come running to see what's going on!.

There's a limit to what I can do !. !. !. what other choices to I have!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, i know that there are a lot of reasons for your depression!. it may be your social life, your love life or anything that bothers you a lot!. you may have been through a lot of pressure and stuff, but the thing is, why hurt yourself!? do you realize you are hurting others too!? im not blaming you for anything!. but its just that, sometimes, dont you realize that there are many people out there who love you!. who are willing to be your friend!. who are willing to love you the way you are!.walk out of your depression!. i know you can do it!. do it for those you love!. everythings just so hard these days, i may not feel your pain but i somehow understand!. stop hurting yourself!. please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can recognize that wanting to do yourself damage isn't right!. Your other choice is the toughest one, to recognize that you don't have to be depressed and trying to hurt yourself, you need to see a professional and work through to the real psychological pain that makes you want to cover it up with physical pain!.

Instead of finding ways to hurt yourself, try to help yourself!. Talk to a proffessional or a friend who is trustworthy about your depression- it is hard work but so much more healthier! In the meantime, I did read that flicking rubber bands on your wrist hurt alot without permanent damage or marks!. But it still isn't healthy!. Do yourself a huge favour and find the trigger for your depression, maybe it was an event or a person that caused it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont hurt yourself you could lose respect from both you and your family if they find out my friend cut herself i told her if she does it again im not talking to her and i meant it if your depressed talk to someone close to you or go see a professional ive got 1 depressing lifestyle nobody could understand or live but i put up with it i dont hurt myselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Whenever you feel the need to hurt yourself write in a journal instead!.
2!. Call a friend when you feeling depressed, see if they want to hangout!.
3!. Go for a walk in the park alone!.
4!. Join the gym, working out is a great to relieve stress/depression!.
5!. See a therapist
6!. Write a list of why you are soo amazing and whenever you feel depressed go over that list!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The cause of you depression, whatever it may be is not worth your life because if you keep on hurting yourself it will never solve anything in life!. If you feel unloved, that's a lie!. Someone DOES love you and will always watch out for you, if you feel hopeless you just need to hang on there because that's all you got left!. Mediation technique

We experience life through our mind!.
Experiences are what they are, but the mind often puts a new spin on them, making them seem worse at times!.
This produces the pain we feel inside, and when it builds up enough we either hurt others or ourselves!.
Not because we are bad or evil, but we aren't sure how to deal with the agony inside!.
The longer it stays, the more dead/dull we feel inside!.

Meditation is all about controlling you mind rather than being controlled by it!.
It is difficult to directly approach the mind and tame it, so we start by approaching the nearest manifestation of it- breath!.
It can be seen that when we have tremendous concentration we are not breathing as regularly, and when upset breath shallow and rapid!.

How to do this!.
Begin by becoming aware of your breath!.
With each inhalation pay attention to the air entering you right nostril(air will enter both,but focus on the column of air in the right side)
Exhale and pay attention to the column leaving your left nostril!.
Inhale and pay attention to air entering the left nostril
Exhale and pay attention to air exiting the right nostril!.
Then breath deep and feel the air in both sides rise up to the tip of your nose(like an inverted V ),
and push it all out(feeling both sides)!.
This is one cycle, you can do up to 100 in a day!.

It is a simple game to keep the mind busy(if you loose track on count restart), and off the things it can't change with worry(realistically everything)!.
As you get better at this you'll be able to identify a space between your thoughts!. As that awareness deepens you'll feel a peace when it arises!. And soon you should be able to identify yourself as that peace rather than your mind!.

the funny thing is that I am you!. At least I was!. I has done everything that you have done at the end of the day when I felt alone, broken, hurt I cried and cried and cried until I was no longer anything let alone a person!. Last year when I tried to kill myself, I realized that it wasnt worth it!. I am not a strong person, let alone a stable person, but I am a person who will not take the easy way out by killing every inch of me!. Scares dont leave, if they did then the memories would mean nothing!. You are not disturbing or crazy, you are me!. Making yourself hurt and bleed is not the answer nor does it ever really help!. we bleed, we heal, and we bleed again but what you (and i until it was late) dont realize that we can stay healed!. who is to say we have to bleed again!. We are worthy people, we desirve to live!. you do to!. I know you are smart because I am a fan of yours!.
