Question: Are you agoraphobic!?
I think I am agoraphobic!. I have panic attacks at the very idea of even going to the mail box in the front of the house!. Fortunately my husband understands my idiosyncracy!.
If someone familiar like my husband is with me, I'm a little more at ease, but it's still ucomfortable!. I really like just being in my home!.!.!.playing ball with my Golden Retriever on the deck out back, but I really don't like any farther distance!.
My neighbor is very nice and brings me desserts and other baked goods!. I in turn order her take out (Chinese or pizza)!.
Well!? have you ever experienced this!? How did it last!? Mine has been about 3 yrs!. Please don't suggest therapists!. I have never believed that a therapist can understand your life!.!.they are just high paid shoulders to cry on!.
Therapist: "Here's my advice for one hour of trying to understand your life and pay at the next window, please!. That'll be 300!.00!. See ya next week, dear!."

I don't know about agoraphobic!. I do however belive that this is the best place for you to get your answer's !. I do not think a therapist can help!. I have been suffering from Panic attack & Anxiety Disorders & Social phobia since I was a child!.
I have tryied so many medications,but noting works,I dont see any cure!.
I lock my self inside the house for days!.
I am taking clonazepam right now,it helps me a little bit!.
My Life it is like hell!
My wife left me!.And now I live alone!. Depression is next step!.
And then what!?
There is not way out!

You are not alone!. Life is not fair,but please dont give up,you have to do something,dont wait for a miracle like I did!. I have lost everything,my life because of this,was a waste!.Now I am an old man!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I understand your feelings,you are not alone!
