im going crazy people i have some rely important issues going on im my life first of all i am gay!.!.!. secondly ive lost all my real friends because they treated me badly mentally and psychically!.!.!. 3rd i cant tell anyone yet and its driving me crazy!!!!!!! i have friends online and i cant see them face to face or a daily basis!.!.!. what can i do to stall myself from bursting out in tears or running away or the most dramatic!.!.!.!. thanks people!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First I have to say, slow down and take a deep breath!. I can feel your stress from your posting!.

They are NOT real friends if they treated you badly mentally and physically!. Real friends don't do that!. As you progress and overcome the important issues that are overtaking your life right now, you WILL make real friends that will not abuse you!. For now you have to work towards dealing with these issues and gaining clarity and self esteem!. While you are doing so, you may even make some great friends!. I have done so in support groups and they are true friends!.

I understand about having friends online!. I have tons of them too, all over the world!. I've even been able to meet some face to face, however when having a really hard time it is difficult if not impossible to find comfort online!.

Being that it is the weekend, unless you are in danger of killing yourself (if you are, call 911 or get yourself to a hospital!) there isn't a lot of hope for finding a therapist, support group or anything like that until Monday!.

So, lets talk about what you CAN do!. What are things you like to do!? Do you like to play video games!? Read books!? Watch movies!? Listen to music!? Do you have other hobbies that you like to do!? I know that many times when we are at our breaking points it is difficult to concentrate!. However maybe watching a movie or trying some of the things above could help!.

Also, are you taking care of yourself!? Are you eating healthy!? Getting enough sleep!? Those are all things that can help you with your stress level as well!.

I don't know where you are in the world, however here in Minnesota the weather is beautiful finally!. I have found that going outside and just sitting on my front steps getting fresh air is helping my mood!. If I lived in a better neighborhood I would take a walk!. However when I can I drive to my friend's house or to the lakes and walk over there!.

Do you meditate at all!? Are there certain smells that you love!? I love the smell of Dragon's Blood incense and oils; so I burn the incense and put the oil on my wrist so I can smell it!. Years ago I was in love with the men's cologne Brut and I used to put it on a bandana and just smell it because I liked it so much!. I also love the smell of the ocean and have a scented candle that smells like it that I like to burn!. That can definitely help with calming stress!.

Be gentle with yourself, you are in a fragile state and deserve to pamper yourself in whatever way that you can!. Slow down a bit, take a deep breath, remind yourself that you ARE a good person and are just going through a tough time!.

Aww hon!. I wish I could see you face to face!. I wanna help so bad!. First off take a deep breath and calm down!. Those "friends" aren't real if they treated you that bad!. Go ahead and cry, you'll feel better than holding it in!. Don't do anything "dramatic" there are people who care about you!. I promise, I'm one of them!.

I would suggest seeing someone to talk about your problems!. Psychiatrists will listen!. These are not problems that need to be pent up inside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good for you for getting rid of those awful people in your life! Find a support group! They are wonderful!. You could call any psychologists office or look on-line and they can connect you with the right group!. I am sure there are thousands of people in your situation out there!. So just look for them!. They are waiting for you to find them!Www@Answer-Health@Com
