How to calm down when your nervous?!


Question: How to calm down when your nervous!?
im doing a grade 4 exam on my clarinet soon and last time when i did grade 2, i was really nervous and the examiner commented about it!. My hands go all shaky as well!. Please help! :|Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi I get like this all the time!. I play guitar and have recently done my grade 3!. When I did my grade 1 I was shaking really badly just take a few minutes to calm urself down by taking deep breaths and just pretend u are practising at home and it's just u!. Blank the examiner and everything else out of ur head thats what I do and it does help!. Good luck with ur exam and i'm sure u will be fine!. Just try ur best!. First, it's the psychological part!.You must convince yourself that there is nothing to worry about!. Low self-confidence is said to cause much nervousness!. Don;t let yourself down,you know you can make it!. Stand proud - you deserve it!.
Then comes the biological part!. I would highly recommend consumption of various herbs that can help your nervousness and calm you down!. You should consider speaking to a professional!.
Finally, the experience is something that affects your attitude towards different things!. When you are used to writing exams for example, you care no more, but when you are not used to it, and you push yourself too hard in fear of failure, then you are bound to get nervous!. Take some slow deep breaths just before the exam and you can also get some pulse point perfume that you can rub on your wrists especially for stress!. And of course,,, practice makes perfect!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
