Why do I always get depressed when I drink now?!

Question: Why do I always get depressed when I drink now!?
Answers:
Actually, your body makes 20 amino acids!. The alcohol gets into your bloodstream, and circulates throughout your body!. When the alcohol in your bloodstream reaches and circulates throughout the brain, your brain is saying "Oh cool! Alcohol, a new amino acid that I usually don't get!" because the type of alcohol in beer and other alcoholic beverages isn't a normal amino acid that your body produces!. So, when your brain gets a new amino acid (alcohol), you get a high!. But after a while when the alcohol leaves your bloodstream, the brain is basically saying "HEY! WHERE THE HELL DID THAT ALCOHOLIC CHEMICAL GO!?" because your brain becomes deprived of that alcoholic chemical!. Meanwhile, your body tries to make alcohol by itself, and because it can't, you soon become aware you are deprived!. Therefore, you go from being really happy, to depressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alcohol is a depressant!. While you're actually drinking you can't really tell that, and the immediate effect is always good!. But afterwards you feel bad and low and depressed, because the genuine results have kicked in!.
Limit your drinking to social events-try not to drink too much at home!. Always make sure that you don't drink more than you can handle!. In the meantime, try something that's an anti-depressant, like exercise!. Similar to alcohol, you can't really tell that the thing is an anti depressant at the time, and you may not want to do it!. But afterwards you'll feel really good about yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
