Yes, have been dx'd with manic-depression for 20+ yrs!. and sometimes, lately, have secluded myself more and more!. Have to make myself get out with church group, spouse!. Try to make work seem like an adventure -any coping mechanism that can replace the other(seclusion) seems to help but doesn't make the fear of leaving the house go away entirely!. Have only thought that a car was following me once during an anxiety attack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
SERIOUSLY, you need to speak with your doc about this!. TODAY! Even if the office is closed, you need to have the doc paged and speak to him or her!.
Be good to yourself and get some help for this!. There are meds you can take that will help!.
