Question: What questions will my counselor probably ask me on my second visit!?
I'm 13 and seeing a counselor for depression!. On the first visit he just asked me about my school, family, and friends!. What will we probably talk about on the next visit!? I'm just wondering!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's most likely he will wait for you to decide what you think is most important!. That first session is important for him to get the whole background, so he can understand you better!. Now it's down to you!. There's no right or wrong, good or bad!. If there is something you would like to talk with him about, start talking about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You shouldn't worry about what he might ask!. Just talk!. Tell him about whatever's on your mind!. I go to a therapist!. Sometimes, I sit down and she says, "So, what's been going on!?" and for a moment I don't know!. I don't have anything to say but then, before I know it all this stuff comes out and the hour is gone!. Just relax and talk to him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
