Question: Help! Don't know what to do!?

I am not sure what to do (i hope you don;t judge me too harshly)!. I just got home from a aspirin overdose, they didn't keep me becasue I told them I would be fine!. So now I am at home and I starting to think about doing it again, but trying to figure out how to do it and not get caught!. I told then i would try to call a helpline, but I don't know if I really can get help it's too embarrasingWww@Answer-Health@Com
