What is life like when you dont worry about anything?!


Question: What is life like when you dont worry about anything!?
I am always worrying about one thing or another and I would like to stop but I dont know how has anyone got any suggestions on how to do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was actually worry-free for about a week last year!. it was the most boring week of my life!. it's easy to not worry about anything when nothing exciting is happening!.

if you mean it's a chronic condition, seek medical help!. anti-anxiety drugs can also reduce the ammount you worry if it gets in the way of thinking about important things or living your daily life!.

if it's something that just creeps up on you and you feel the need to clear your head a little, go for a walk, play a game of solitare, or do some yoga!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off remember they are always people worse off in the world then you,
and no matter what your worrying about it will not go away just because your worrying about it,

say you worried about money, no one is going to chuck a black bag full a cash at you,

if you worrie about a partner going behind your back, not going to stop them if they are going to do they will no matter what you think or do!.

your just going to make matters worse worrying about things , things will happen no matter what, so you may as well stop worrying about them and enjoy life,and you will find life runs better when you do not worry,

if you have to worry about some thing,

worry about it on the day it is going to happen not the three weeks before it happens

To me, worrying is caring!. To stop worrying is to become care-free!. That is not an easy thing to do!. I would get rid of the stuff that you don't want in your life and then you will have less to care about (worry about)!. But then you might worry/care more for what you have left!. I can't really answer this, but as you can see, at least I gave it a go!. Maybe you should try and get some 'me' time!. Or 'you' time!. Doing stuff you enjoy but don't worry about that much!. Hobbies that are not stressful for instance!. Best of luck!.

Edit: I agree with Mikeybruv!. I leave all my future plans to God to sort out for me!. I don't worry so much because I have faith that God is ultimately in control of everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Worrying is just normal!. MAybe you are pessimistic about anything!. You know what I mean!? Being a negative person in all aspects of life!. Well, if the time comes that you dont worry anymore, that means You dont have any problem ahead of you to think of!. When we worry, we think of something not good to happen!. Dont let worrying be in your life!. Learn to be positive in everything u do and be happy with your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Writing things down seems to alleviate worrying for me!. You can write down what you worry about, worst possible outcomes of these situations, and you can use your own logic to come to a positive conclusion: that most of your worst fears are unfounded!.

Live for here & now,!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.i know how hard it is not to think about or worry about this & that in next couple of day's & why would that happen & why did he/she say or do that believe me i'm just as bad but i'm just starting out now myself with doing a different thinking stratedgy & a different view & i think you have to be happy & appreciate what you have now & with whats around you & remind yourself of this everyday as much as you can throughout the day & it will get easier as you go on to do this!?!!! everytime you think negative ect aknowledge what ur thinking & say ok let it go then think positive! good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a worrier too!. I've got to grips with it better now, even though I'm not completely perfect! You just have to realise worrying about something doesn't achieve anything or help your situation!. It is a waste of energy and stops you from progressing!. I've read a few books and one I'm reading at the moment is very good 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle!. He explains how to disassociate our worries from our minds!.

In real life, we all worry about something sometime!. Then there are those who worries all the time!. Learn to counter-act your 'worrying' thoughts !.!.'I wonder what Ron is !.!.!. change to 'I wonder what I can make for supper, something special'

I can totally relate!.!.!.I seem to worry even more when Im starting to hit depression again, its like a warning sign for me!. I can only say that trying to take one day at a time and not dwelling and analysing on things can help!. Its important to try and not take things too seriously and just move on when you feel compelled to worry about it!. Its hard but worrying can eat you up if you let it!

i know!! i worry a lot too, either this or that!. sometimes over things i don't have control over, meaning i worry over something that i can do nothing about!.

one thing im trying to do is not to think ahead of me!. i try to be present, dealing w/ what's in front of me, instead of projecting what's gonna happen in the next hour, day, month!.!.!.!. when you focus on what's happening now, it keeps your mind of something else, future, past!.

i can't say that i master in it!. it's still work in progress but it helps me more than before!.

Me too, I worry about anything and everything, my other half says I'd worry if my fingernails were growing too fast!.

My gran had a saying "You die if you worry, you die if you don't so WHY worry"!.
She had valid point, and had many words and sayings of wisdom,!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.unfortunately I still worry!.!.!.even about things that haven't happened!.
It's who you are girlfriend, I'm afraid and only you can get yourself out of it!. Try my Gran's advice, it does help me, on occasion!.

I remind myself that life is happening NOW!.!.!.!.TODAY! Not tomprrow or next week or next month!.!.!.but now!.!.!.!.I make an effort to be happy in th moment!.!.!.to get joy from what I can see or hear!.!.!.!.!.I am much happier since this became a habit!.!.!.!.!.I argue less ang get stressed less!.!.!.when a thing is bothering me I think!.!.!.can I change that situation!.!.!.if I can then I do!.!.!.if not then I forget it!.!.!.!.dont leave small jobs undone!.!.!.make the appointments that you have to make and do the jobs hat will bother you if left undone!.!.!.and I promise youll be happier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know - I'm a worrier!.
My husband is very laid back and doesn't seem to worry about things, he's almost stupidly optimistic!. It's very annoying!.
I think it's down to personality and although you can learn to relax, a person who worries is born that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Praying always helps me!. I think it was Jesus who said that worrying can't add one day to your life!. Just think of the WORST thing that can happen!. That way, when bad things do happen, they wont seem nearly as bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
