I've done everything I can think of - pray before bed, not watch TV, not eat anything, have a couple of drinks, take a sleeping aid!.!. (Obviously not all at once) but still havign these vivid dreams EVERY single night - feel like I'm starting to dread going to sleep - is there any herbal/natural/prescription(:)) way to stop dreaming or at least stop remembering them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No to the question, it's part of the sleep cycle!. Yours is disordered somehow so you need to see a sleep disorder clinic!. They have them in the hospitals for one place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dreams are important for your mental health!. If you are waking up exhausted, it is not from dreaming!. They did an experiment once where they woke a volunteer every time his dream cycle started!. In three days he was totally paranoid and thought the researchers were trying to kill him!. If there is a way to stop dreaming, I suggest you do not try it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try just really relaxing before bed!. dont think about anything!. just concentrate on relaxing different parts of your body and breathing deeply!. Just lay on your bed and dont think about anything!.
dreams usually revolve somewhat around what you were thinking about righ before you fell asleep, something that happened recently, or a big decision or thought on your mind!. try to forget everything and just concentrate on relaxing and sleepingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Dreams are a natural part of a nights sleep!. It is not proven why people dream and the 'resolving issue' is just one theory!. are u having nightmares!? If not, wht is so horrible about them!? U cant find ur dreams so try to cope with itWww@Answer-Health@Com

no but there is a way to not remember them!. if you are woken up by something artificial (ie!. an alarm) instead of ambiant noise or light most of the time u wont remeber it!. i read this in one of the featured articles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
