Question: Can you please help me!!!!!?
ok so i have sevre insomnia and i can't sleep (thats was stupid sorry) i ran out of my sleeping pills and now i don't know what to do to get to sleep its 4 am here and i have school i need atleast 2 hours of sleep

There are some techniques that I've learned because I have sleeping problems as well (it's 4 am here too)!.
-pretend like your body is ridiculously heavy!. You can't move any of your muscles because your weight is so great!.
-breath in for 10 seconds then breath out for 10 seconds!. Continue to do this and focus on how far your chest rises and falls!.
-think of a place that is relaxing to you!.
-this last one is hard but it really works for me!. Let your mind think of whatever it wants, make sure not to focus on anything though!. Let crazy thoughts slip into your head and let one thought come right after the other!. Continue doing this until you're asleep!.

These all work for me, and the only reason why I'm still up is because college is over and it's summer break for me!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dear, male or female, you need first of all more than 2 hrs of sleep! That is not natural for any human being!. You need at least 8 hrs if you are a young person!. Elderly need less, but at least 6 hrs!. You sound like you have an underlying problem that you may not be conscious of!. It sounds like you are worrying about something, or you are simply expecting to much of yourself!. You need to find out whats really bothering you, with a professional doctor!. It sounds like to me you have an underlying problem, you may not even be aware of yourself!. You deserve to be good to yourself first, in order to succeed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hope you were able to sleep! Popcorn, eh!? Don't know about that, but I have heard that warm milk can help you sleep!. And, I have heard the same thin about calcium!. Whether it's the warm milk OR the calcium, I can't tell you!. Another writer said tape a teacher's lecture!. While that may or may not be possible, they had the right idea!. Perhaps reading a boring book would help!. Just make sure you are on bed in case you fall asleep while reading!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a problem with getting to sleep so i changed what i was doing, can you have a time before you go to bed, where you can put every thing what you have being doing that day down and forget about it until the next day!. by doing this your brain has time to switch off!. and stay away from toffee and chocolateWww@Answer-Health@Com

hmmm!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. if only you had recorded one of your teachers talking about something really boring like for me chemistry!. that would easily put me to sleep!.
i realy hate when i cant sleep and i have school!. have a hot drink like coco!. and listen to the radio quietly!. just close your eyes and relax!.
or i can hypnotize you!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. you are feeling very sleepy!. when you wake up you will think you are a chicken!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have a hot herbal drink, or read a really boring book until you fall asleep!.
