Use the insurance that your husband has to see a therapist!. That will help you a lot!. And if you have the energy to exercise that is very good!. It raises the endorphins in your brain!. Most depressed people do not have the energy to exercise, but if you do that is good!. Do both, a therapist and exercise!. Also get a good nights sleep, that will help a lot too!.!.!. 8 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry for what you're going through!.

Yes, exercising regularly and having a balanced diet can help with depression!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it can, but clinical depression is a disorder that requires medication, in most cases!. A combination of several things is good, but exercise would be an excellent part of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, exercise can definitely help!. It increases the levels of endorphins in your body that will lift your mood!. You can also try St!. John's Wort, which is a natural mood enhancer, or vitamin B6!.

Sounds like you've been through a lot - you could also consider counseling to work through some of your stress and learn some relaxation techniques!.

Antidepressants work as well, just consider if you want to be on them for the rest of your life or if you want to use them for a short amount of time while learning to cope with things on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Follow the advise of your doctor!.

If you are just newly diagnosed as having diabetes take a course to learn about this disease!. My husband was diagnosed at age 50 and it took us six months to get him to go to the doctor!.

Diabetes requires some major changes in diet and I think exercise in MODERATION is GREAT!.

Just take it slow and easy!.

I will pray for you!. Lord, help this young lady to face the problems that seem to be all around her and keep her safe!. AmenWww@Answer-Health@Com
