Question: Has anyone ever felt like they where being "zapped" while coming off of Effexor XR!?
I tried to slowly get off the drug after finding out I am pregnant!. I haven't taken it in three days!. I worked my way down from 187!.5 cutting back 37!.5 at a time!. I was fine the whole way down until I cut it out completely!. Now I keep getting this zapping sensation every time i move and even sometimes just out of the blue!. I don't know how else to explain it!. It even kinda sounds like I'm being zapped!!?!!?
Has anyone else experienced anything like this!?

They are actually called"brain zaps" its your brain adjusting to not having the drugs!. Look up SSRI discontinuation syndrom and it tells you all about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
