i guess it would depend if they were born deaf or if it happened latter in life if they were born that way maybe not beacses they wouldnt know what voices sound like so there mind could create any!. but if at any time they could hear then there mind could and yay they could hear voices!.

Yes, and blind schizophrenics see things!. Try "schizophrenia in the deaf" in a Yahoo web search for more info!. This to me is one prima facie indication "voices" are not congenital abnormalities in the brain but are from an outside source!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
